Approach

We are developers, but we behave like custodians. Every scheme begins with a survey of what already exists — the trees, the light, the grain of the street — and ends with buildings that ask very little attention of anyone.

Jersey Residence

Threaded into a long, slender lot, two units come together as a cohesive whole. Their experience is made fluid through a series of interlocking volumes, oak floor tying the sequence together, offset against bright interiors and marble accents to give each space a lithe, breathy air.
